Grandpa & Grandma Bond Stories

In the late 1990s my Mom Susan Hanebrink interviewed my maternal Grandpa and Grandma Hubert Bond and Doris Bond, using a tape recorder to capture their stories. Originally there were 12 cassette tapes, but some were not usable, and others were combined together by me into a single file. I have the original audio files untouched, but you will find them unusable as I did for many years because of a noisy whine in the recordings caused by the defective cassette recorder. I made many attempts over the years to repair these files, but it was only recently that the tools for making them listenable became possible through Artificial Intelligence noise filtering I obtained through a subscription service with Auphonic.com. Currently I have three recordings and their corresponding transcripts noise filtered, edited, and completed, and another bunch on the way.
